Our Weekly Rates for 2012 are as follows:

POOL HEATING is available for an additional amount of £80 / US$135 per week.

Rates include:

	Services of management company
	All linen and towels
	Electricity, water and service charges
	Heating / air conditioning
	Free USA/Canada and UK/EU phone calls
	Wireless internet access (security password required)
	All house equipment
	Use of BBQ (materials not supplied)
	Digital Cable TV
	Sales and tourist tax of 12%
	Cleaning prior to arrival and on departure
	Weekly pool cleaning
