Our Florida villa is situated in “Westridge“, a peaceful, well maintained and safe community with a mix of residential and rental homes.  

With homes set in oversized lots in gently rolling hills and well developed landscaping Westridge has a unique feel of space and calm making it one of the most prestigious communities in the area. 

The community centre is 3 to 4 minutes walk away with a range of facilities available to home owners and guests including tennis courts, community pool, basketball, volleyball and play area for children. 

The villa is within easy driving distance to all area attractions (approximately 15 minutes driving from Disney World  and 25 minutes from the likes of Universal and Sea World) and Orlando is a central location if you wish to venture further.

For golf enthusiasts there are a number of courses nearby, the closest being the next door Highland Reserve Championship Golf Course. 

A large Publix supermarket and a brand new Super Walmart are both within a 5 minute drive from the villa, with a wide range of food  outlets such as McDonalds, TGI Fridays, Outback steakhouse etc, all within 10 to 15 minutes drive. 

We include a scrapbook / guide at the villa listing community facilities, driving directions, a number of suggested ‘alternative‘ destinations, restaurant details, sample menus and lots more to allow you to make the most of the Westridge community and area.
